The last pictures from this project are a little bit gloomy. So I drove back out and took more pictures. Well I really needed to see the progress. This project is awesome, and any excuse to go out there will do.
it took a while until the Riverbend Parking Garage was ready to accept the NorthClad perforated Imaging panels. But now Black Roofing is installing them with lightning speed. Today was a cold and wintery day but I really needed to go out there and take some pictures. I believe this will be the largest perforated imaging installation in Colorado.
Just to give a sense of size. This project is big !
QC Façade has and outstanding glass rainscreen system. It was used extensively on the interior and exterior of of the Kirkland Museum of Art. I really like the interior application. See for yourself if you have some time. Or just check out the photos below….

Here is a project that got me a little bit in hot water with Merchant & Evans, the Metal roofing manufacturer. The design architect from Coover Clark called first and asked if we can do curved roofs. The answer was of course yes. Then he called and asked if we can do tapered panels. We said of course no problem. The project came out for bid sporting a curved and tapered roof. That is when the yelling started (so to speak) Once we got the PO Merchant and Evans purchased a brand new $150K roll former capable of curving and tapering panels. The good news is, now there is hardly any roof form we cannot do.

This project came down to two manufacturers, NorthClad and well… the other guys. Even though it was only a small project comparatively speaking getting this Purchase Order felt good. The quality of the product and the tested system convinced Superior Roofing to give us the PO. This project is a great showcase of what we can do using NorthClad

This is a very recent project just finished The project is a beautification of the parking garage at the Ballpark Lofts. Mique from Designers Touch did a splendid job using the NorthClad EF series wood system. I asked the front desk at the Ballpark Lofts if there were any reactions to this design and the person behind the desk confirmed that they are getting a lot of compliments from the tenants. What more can you ask for ?
