The Creative Technology Accelerator is not only the first building in Dayton’s technology park known as Tech Town, but it is also the City of Dayton’s first LEED Gold building. Design for the project was provided by The Architectural Group, Inc., Dayton.

Designed by Bentel and Bentel, the hotel’s bar and restaurant, known as New York Central, is cantilevered over 42nd Street and boasts unique views of the bustling sidewalk below. To help control light, heat and glare, while retaining impressive views outside, Levolux proposed a custom Solar Shading solution, based on its Infiniti Fin system.

The GKD US HQ in Cambridge Maryland was designed by Dominique Perrault and Ziger/Snead. The taut, long, lean form of the headquarters building harkens back to the classic American industrial shed. However, that sometimes monotonous form is here given a certain je ne sais quoi through the deft use of a variety of GKD metal fabrics in the inside as well as the outside of the building. GKD’s North American headquarters is the recipient of a “2005 AIA Maryland Design Award.”

University of Cincinnati is a project I worked on myself during my times with Umicore. The exterior façade features 125,000 square feet VM Quartz Zinc Plus panels Flatlock panels. Installed flawless by Mohawk Construction.

The Elite Sports Club in Mequon, Wis., recently completed a renovation of its existing space plus an addition of 7,000 square feet of new space. The architect, Perspective Design from Milwaukee, has chosen Dri-Design to supply the Sterling grey aluminum panels.

This is a Clipso project that features The Clipso Translucent Fabric 507PT (53%). The Clipso P-CW Profile was used and affixed to the wall and a rail-system above the fabric line where LED Lighting was put in place.
